Warranty – the statutory liability of the seller for physical and legal defects in the goods sold. It is, along with the warranty, one of the two ways of advertising a product that does not conform to the contract.
A warranty is available to consumers under Article 558 § 1 of the Civil Code. The basis of the entrepreneur's liability to the consumer is a physical or legal defect (Article 556 of the Civil Code)
Who is the guarantor?
A guarantee is - along with a warranty - the basis for filing a complaint. It is a voluntary statement regarding the quality of the goods made by the entrepreneur, i.e. the guarantor.

Whether you are making a complaint under warranty or guarantee, follow these few steps:

clothes to use them for years. Rarely, manufacturing defects may

In the next step,
we will ask you to send the product back to us. If complaint will get
accepted, we offer you replacement or full refund (if product is not
be available anymore).
Please note that the product can not be considered defective if the
problem does not occur under normal conditions of use or if it
results from long term usage.
